Here you will find several helpful document to aid in the development of quality Internal Assessments for IB Chemistry.

The following document will be used as a guide to score your internal assessments. Be sure to check off all applicable assessment limits before handing in a lab. Late labs will suffer a significantly decreased ECA grade, but will still be graded for IB on the same scale regardless of the date of submission.

Grading Rubric for IA's

You will need to keep an updated version of this PSOW sheet in your class file in the classroom. I will keep a copy for each of you, at the end of your second year in IB Chemistry, together we will pick (individually) which sections of which labs you would like to submit to the IB board for credit. Grades labs may NOT leave the classroom under ANY circumstances. You will be very sorry if you lose one of your best graded labs and cannot submit it to IB.
